Experience built on the ground
Before advising, I held the roles I now support. Quality, health, safety and environment manager and coordinator, in multi-site organisations, with substantial headcounts and several certifications to maintain in parallel.
Those roles took me through very different environments, from industrial sites to public-access premises, from national networks to very small businesses. That is what allows me to work in any sector today: the standards and the obligations are the same everywhere, only the way they translate into reality changes.
I have also conducted or experienced more than sixty audits, both as the auditor and as the person accountable for the system under review. That dual position matters: it teaches what genuinely happens during an audit, and what separates a system that passes from one that lasts.
What you can expect from it
A well-run quality or safety programme is never limited to obtaining a certificate. It serves four purposes at once.
Strategic visibility
Your system is built as a management tool, aligned with your real objectives and priorities. Indicators exist to support decisions, not to fill a binder. Leadership gains a clear reading of the business.
Legal protection
Health, safety and working conditions obligations engage the employer's liability directly. They are handled substantively, documented and defensible, which protects the organisation and its directors in the event of an inspection or an incident.
Commercial leverage
A certification opens markets, conditions access to certain customers, tenders and funding. It is built with that in mind, to become a commercial argument rather than a cost line.
Teams that engage
A system nobody uses does not last. I involve teams in building it, train internal champions and support managers. Working conditions and employee relations are part of the work, not a side chapter.
How I work
I say what is achievable and what is not. You will know before signing whether your deadline holds and under what conditions.
I build systems sized to your actual scale. A thirty-person organisation does not need the documentation of a three-thousand-person group, and respecting that proportion is what allows a programme to survive its own certification.
I see it through. A diagnostic ends with a prioritised action plan, an assignment with teams capable of running the system without me.

Qualiopi auditor appointed by a certification body, and referenced as a QHSE operational expert with a national certification and consulting organisation, for consulting, diagnostic, internal audit and mock audit assignments on management systems and QHSE standards.
Level 6 qualification registered in the French national register of professional certifications, complemented by training in occupational health and safety, inclusive management, discrimination prevention, data protection and instructional design.
Languages and international work
Assignments are delivered in French or English. Deliverables intended for a foreign parent company or an international management team can be produced in English, while documents that must satisfy French legal requirements are issued in French, as the law requires.
