Both sides of the table
I audit against the Qualiopi standard on behalf of a certification body. I have also sat on the other side of the table for a great many audits, as the person accountable for the system under review, across several standards. That tells you what is genuinely examined, how a finding gets worded, and what separates a system that passes an audit from one that lasts.
