Data collected
The contact form collects your name, your organisation, your email address and the content of your message. No other data is collected without your knowledge, and no browsing data is recorded.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a commercial proposal. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, together with the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a contractual relationship are kept for three years from the last exchange. Data relating to an engagement is kept for the statutory period applicable to contractual and accounting records.
Recipients
Data is neither sold, rented nor passed to third parties for commercial purposes. Only the site's hosting provider and the email provider have technical access to it, in the course of their services.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. You may exercise these rights at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no cookies, no advertising trackers and no analytics tool. It loads no resource from a third-party server: no web fonts, no scripts, no external images. No consent banner is therefore required.
News feed
The news page is generated on the site's own server. The headlines shown are collected beforehand and stored in a cache file: your browser contacts no external service when viewing that page, and no data concerning you is passed to the sources cited. The links provided lead to official sites, which have their own privacy policies.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Data submitted through the form is transmitted by email and stored in a password-protected environment.
