What the work involves
I examine your organisation as it actually runs, not as your procedures describe it. That means looking at documents, but above all talking to the people who do the work and observing the workstations.
Initial diagnostic
You are considering certification or a compliance programme and want to know what already exists, what is missing, and the size of the task before committing.
Outsourced internal audit
Every management standard requires internal audits. Many organisations have neither the availability nor the independence to run them in house. I deliver that programme for you, across all or part of your system.
Mock audit before certification
A full rehearsal under real conditions, a few weeks before the certification body arrives. The point is to surface the findings while there is still time to close them.
Qualiopi certification audit
On this standard alone I act as an auditor appointed by a certification body. That assignment then takes place within the body's framework, not within a consulting relationship.
Supplier and contractor audit
You need to assess providers against quality, safety or environmental criteria and want an evaluation conducted to a recognised method rather than a checklist filled in remotely.
How the assignment runs
Scoping
A conversation to define the scope, the applicable standard, the sites involved and the real objective. This determines duration and price.
Preparation
Document review and audit plan. You know in advance who will be met, when, and on which topics.
Audit, on site or remote
Interviews, workstation observation, review of records. A closing meeting the same day covers the main findings.
Report and improvement plan
Findings ranked by severity, each with the requirement concerned, the evidence and the proposed corrective action.
Follow-up review
A remote session some weeks later to check progress and unblock what has stalled. Included in the engagement.

When this is not the right service
If you need a certification audit against a standard other than Qualiopi, that is outside my scope: it belongs to an accredited body and I will point you there. If you only want a document to tick a box, you will pay for something you will never use. If your system has just been built and has never run, it is too early to audit it usefully. And if I supported you on that scope, I cannot audit it.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a mock audit and an internal audit?
An internal audit is a requirement of the standard: you must run one yourself, every year, across your whole system. A mock audit is a rehearsal that reproduces the conditions of the certification audit shortly beforehand. Both can be outsourced, but they answer different needs.
How long does an audit take?
One day for a diagnostic or a mock audit on a straightforward scope, two to three days for a multi-site or multi-standard system. The duration is set after a scoping conversation, never before.
Is the improvement plan included?
Always. A report that lists findings without ranking them or proposing concrete actions leaves the entire job still to do. The prioritised action plan is part of the deliverable, not an add-on.
Do you carry out certification audits?
Against the Qualiopi standard only, where I hold an appointment from a certification body. For every other standard, certification audits belong to accredited bodies under their own approval rules: I deliver your internal audits, mock audits and diagnostics, not your certification audit.
Can you audit a system you helped build?
No. Nobody can objectively assess their own work, and impartiality rules forbid it. If I supported you on a given scope, the audit of that scope goes to a third party.
