ISO 9001
Quality management system. The most widely held standard, frequently required by large customers and in public procurement.
ISO 14001
Environmental management system. Environmental review, regulatory compliance and control of significant impacts.
ISO 45001
Occupational health and safety. Built onto your existing French legal obligations rather than duplicating them.
Integrated QHSE system
One system instead of three running in parallel. Fewer documents, fewer audits, less administrative load.
MASE
French safety management scheme for contractors. Often imposed by industrial clients as a condition of access to their sites.
Qualiopi
Mandatory French certification for training providers, covering training, apprenticeship, skills assessment and experience validation.

Baseline review
What already exists, usually more than you expect, and the real gap against the target standard.
System architecture
Process mapping, document structure, role definition. This is where we decide what will be written down and, just as importantly, what will not.
Build
Drafting the structural elements, producing documents with your teams, putting records and indicators in place.
Running the system
The system must have operated before the audit: internal audits completed, management review held, corrective actions under way. This is what is most often missing from rejected applications.
Mock audit and corrections
A full rehearsal under real conditions, then closing whatever it surfaces.
Certification audit
Support during the audit if you want it, then help responding to any findings.

When this is not the right service
If your audit is less than two months away and nothing exists, no serious support will get you through: postponing beats failing. If your leadership has not committed and expects the consultant to do everything, the certificate will be won and then lost at the first renewal.
Frequently asked questions
How long does certification take?
Six to twelve months for a first certification in an organisation starting from little, less where practices already exist but are simply undocumented. The limiting factor is rarely technical: it is your teams' availability.
Will you write everything for us?
No, and it would be counterproductive. A system written entirely by a consultant is never owned by the teams and dies after certification. I build the architecture, draft what must be drafted, and have the rest produced by the people who do the work.
Should we go for several standards at once?
Often yes, where requirements overlap substantially, as they do across ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. Building an integrated system from the outset costs less than stacking them later. This is decided at scoping, against your deadlines.
Do you help select the certification body?
Yes, by explaining the criteria that actually matter: accreditation, sector experience, audit duration offered, and the cost of the full cycle rather than the first year alone. The choice remains yours.
