A selection of representative assignments, set out by context, work delivered and outcome.

Organisations are described by sector and size. Names are shared on request, with the agreement of the clients concerned.

Qualiopi certification for a specialist training provider

Context: Small training organisation in a regulated technical field.
Work delivered: Full structuring of the quality system against the national standard, building evidence across the seven criteria, team training and a prior mock audit.
Outcome: Certification obtained. A renewal mock audit was later delivered across two categories of activity.

Quality restructuring for an employment support organisation

Context: Employment and integration support body, national network with its own standard.
Work delivered: Redesign of the quality organisation, alignment of processes with the network standard, and training of advisers in the approach.
Outcome: System restructured and adopted by the teams, across a two-year engagement.

Diversity label for a public transport network

Context: Urban transport operator in a French metropolitan area.
Work delivered: Support towards labelling, delivered through an intermediation arrangement with a national certification body.
Outcome: Programme delivered across the scope agreed with the client.

CSR programme for a micro-enterprise

Context: Two-person, single-site company in import and services.
Work delivered: Full support towards a social responsibility programme based on ISO 26000, sized to the actual scale of the organisation.
Outcome: Programme structured ahead of a labelling assessment.

Running four certifications in parallel

Context: Multi-site organisation, eighteen centres, two hundred and fifty staff.
Work delivered: Simultaneous management of four certifications and labels, running a network of twenty-six site champions, and securing training accreditations across several occupational streams.
Outcome: Certifications maintained across the whole scope, with genuine adoption by the sites.

Scale and sectors

Across employed roles and independent assignments together, I have worked with more than forty sites and organisations representing over seven hundred and fifty employees, and have conducted or experienced more than sixty audits.

The sectors involved include training providers and apprentice training centres, employment and integration support bodies, social housing, transport and logistics, public passenger transport, and small and medium-sized industrial and service companies.
